We like to be helpful, and as such we have a number of ways in which you can get in touch with us. Please note, our support is not designed for programming or design issues, what you do with your site is up to you (within reason of course!)
Your first port of call should be the system status page – this will show you if there is anything currently wrong with the network.
The best way to reach us is to use the support ticket system from your Customer Area. We aim to respond to all tickets within 1 working day.
Also available in the Customer Area is a support database which we populate with all the best questions and answers and a bunch of tutorials. Nice.

If you aren’t yet a customer but have some questions, please use the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible – don’t forget to put your actual email address down so we have somewhere to reply to!

We are also available on Social Media – however, just remember that what you are posting is available for everyone to see, it is not the best way of getting support, but if you do choose to do this, please be careful what you post, you don’t want information falling into the wrong hands!
